  Lived here for many years, Services of the territory, apartments, swimming pool, very frequent change of managers leads to the fact that they do nothing, for all repair requests, simple ignore, there is a manager A humiliating and boorish attitude towards people of another skin, religion, country. When you want to leave, they will come up with many non-existent reasons so as not to return your deposit while violating the law! The complex itself is very old and falls apart, ventilation does not work in the apartment, the air conditioner is always alone in one room, it is not able to cool the room! and the old air conditioner will be more than 350$ , I do not recommend

  I actually love this apartment complex, and the people in it. We are all quiet, respectful people. Been in since May 2023. No idea why it has a low rating. I prefer this place over every apt complex I’ve ever lived in.

  This place has everything beautiful except washers and dryers, the one's they have, always break down. it's a constant battle between manager and and washers owners, because they have them here, but they are not responsible for it, forget it if you are in a hurry and want to do your own washing with out leaving your place I recommend going to the public laundromat because they never work here.
