  I called to see what units were available and spoke to Alex, who is the community manager there. He was so professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He walked me through each of the units and even told me which ones had the best views! I will be making an appointment to take a tour in person. Thank you so much Alex!

  I have lived here at the towers at Rincon for 2 years just over and I'm the most unhappy dude you will ever meet I'm very very dissatisfied with my home greystar property management pulled out of here abruptly no notice or anything that they just left and then left notice this new property Management has not reached out to even say hello to me and it's been a month I'm trying desperately to find a place to move

  Towers at Rincon just begin their new management team. The new management team is excellent as well as the team that just left. They are very professional and seem to have a great attitude. All staff I recently met have been great people.

  I’ve called your telephone number several times, and it’s always an automated system to leave a message. All other previous management has the same system, so I don’t think you’re different from previous management. Always unavailable and not visible to anyone but your own team or staff.

  Thank you Cynthia and Erenia! When one door closes, another door opens and in my case it was for the better. I had an appointment to look at a studio which was taken before I walked through the lobby of The Towers at Rincon. Cynthia mentioned another option - there was the availability of a one-bedroom and she gave a tour of the unit on the same day. It looked and felt like the perfect apartment for me including the quiet location in the building. To manage expectations, she explained the application process and timing. From the time I submitted the deposit to hold the apartment to getting the keys to my new home, Erenia worked diligently on organizing my application package. She explained the importance of being thorough, honest, and timely in submitting information to her for presentation for review and approval. It was worth the wait! I’m so excited to be here!
