  Zero stars. Not responsive with their email, internal ticket system, or their emergency line. I’ve tried calling the emergency line during business hours and no one picks up. Given the other 1 star ratings, I’m not the only one. The Bay Area team has an incredibly high turnover and did not show a sense of urgency, even when contacted multiple times. When management was alerted, they took zero responsibility. Our community consistently experiences a lack of response to high priority issues. They are inept at managing our buildings and yet somehow our HOA continues to use them. If you have a choice, AVOID!

  The worst HOA ever. Never answer the call never return the moving deposit. Just paying for nothing.
