  I tried calling 4 times and at one time the guy said he will be sending me information on some apartments but I never got any. I tried calling again to see what was going on but they kept turning down my calls?

  I had a cashier's check stolen from one of your properties after paying rent. The manager is being very rude and unprofessional. She refuses to give me someone's contact information above her that can help me. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone about this. This is very concerning. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me. Update- It took nearly a week and a half for someone to call me back. I called several times and even emailed them. It’s disappointing that I had to call the parent company in California and leave a voicemail with their CEO before someone responded. The manager over the Kansas City area was very rude, stating they were not concerned with my missing cashier's check because it wasn’t cashed. Let me remind you, the cashier's check went missing from their office drop-off box. The bank will not cancel a cashier's check for 90 days. So my money has been floating in limbo for three months. I had to pay double a late fee. To top it off, the manager kept saying, “it sounds like you are just unhappy living here.” At this point, this statement is irrelevant. I was happy living here, but not after this experience with their very poor customer service. I don’t care how cheap or expensive the apartments are. You don’t treat people that way. Do not rent from this realty company.

  Lived in the landmark reality owned Waldo Heights apartments in Kansas City Missouri. For 25 days I lived here before breaking my lease due to uninhabitable living conditions of roaches, non working appliances (stove, fridge) busted open mailbox that doesn’t close, a non working furnist for the first two weeks when temperatures got into the 40s in apartment, and their online payment system took 441.00 for rent and the office said they never got it. Currently waiting for a response from landmark about getting rent and security deposit back. Otherwise small claims court is going to be the place
