She meticulously reviewed disclosures, clearly flagged red and yellow issues, and we always felt prioritized and informed. Thanks to her guidance, we ended up landing a great place under the top of our budget on our very first offer.   Lauren Neuschel was an exceptional buyer’s agent and I can’t recommend her highly enough. My condo search in the SF Bay Area started with outreach to well over 20 buyer’s agents. I narrowed that list down to five for interviews, and Lauren clearly stood out across the board: experience, professionalism, the rigor she brings to the process, and the way she communicates. Just as importantly, she brought a great vibe. You work closely with your agent during a high-stakes process, so it really matters that you enjoy collaborating with them. Shortly after I signed with Lauren, we spent several hours together on an exercise to get crystal clear on what I wanted and what I didn’t. It wasn’t generic or surface-level. She was thorough, asked the right questions, and by the end I genuinely felt like she understood my preferences. From that point forward, it felt like she knew exactly what I was looking for. Then the timing worked out in the best way. Not long after signing, my dream condo popped up. I had been looking for months prior to working with Lauren, and this was only the second or third place I could truly see myself living in. Lauren guided me through the full offer process with a steady hand and clear communication. The thing I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured.
