  Working with Yesenia and her crew from the Krishnan Team was a great experience. They managed to make the process of preparing our house for the sale, and the actual selling process as smooth as it could possibly be, which was especially important to us, since we were moving out of the country. Having a trusted partner on the ground who manages contractors and coordinates their timing, who has a great eye for the potential of a house was crucial for us, and it took all the stress out of the sale. Inspections and all the work that needed to be done were thoroughly documented. Yesenia’s market analysis of initial asking prices of comparable properties really helped us find the right marketing strategy for our house through which we achieved our target price. In short: we wholeheartedly recommend Yesenia and her team!

  Amazing attention to detail. I worked with Yesenia Beatriz, and she was amazing throughout. Helped us schedule house viewings and gave us itineraries to help us see the houses efficiently, a lot of advice as someone who had grown up in the city. Throughout the process, guided us super smoothly through the paperwork and helped us feel confident about the documents we were signing. Super punctual and definitely would not have been able to close our house without her guidance and advice.

  We engaged Yesenia and her team to help us sell our condo in SF and we had a great experience! We live in LA, so we were a bit concerned about not being in SF during the sale process, but Yesenia and her team made it easy. They handled inspections, engaged service providers to fix any issues that arose on our behalf, and coordinated with our contractor. The individuals they engaged for paint etc were always professional and gave us a fair price. They never let us worry or stress about anything and always had a solution. Yesenia and her team were great at communicating with us throughout the process. They set up regular meetings to go over comps, the game plan, disclosures etc. she priced our condo very well which made it easy to sell at a great price. We were extremely happy with the price that we got. On top of that, she coached us through how to consider competing offers and made sure we were well informed the entire way. We’d definitely work with this team again. They made everything extremely easy for us, especially since we live in a different city. I appreciated the level of communication and expertise they provided us with. Everything went very smoothly.
