I moved out on Aug 30 and as of Oct 23, I still haven't received a deposit. Whatever the issue is, plain ignorance of three emails seems disrespectful and unprofessional.
- JJJohnOct 16, 20251.0I lived in this apartment building in 2019 and this year (2025!!) I received a collection notice from L7's legal team for $2k! It's interesting to read the recent reviews here, stating that the building was sold and it's just an incredible coincidence that I received a collection notice after the building was sold. This is really what everyone should expect from corporations going forward. Thankfully I had every message, every inspection, every payment, and every physical letter saved in my Drive and a couple of snail mail exchanges later the situation was resolved in my favor. Imagine that! I urge you to do the same, and save everything in a folder on your Drive! Also, when you move in film a video and call out every imperfection then email that video to your leasing agent. When you move out, do the same! Miss you SF, I do not miss you L7.
