- AAADec 17, 20251.0Ever since the new management took over, things have gone down hill quick! The staff are: incompetent, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful! This new keyless system is a joke. Phone dies? Power outage? System error? You are locked out of your own home, of which we pay THOUSANDS for. Please reconsider renting here.

I moved out on Aug 30 and as of Oct 23, I still haven't received a deposit. Whatever the issue is, plain ignorance of three emails seems disrespectful and unprofessional.
