I recently went to an estate sale by Franco and the method of receipting and picking up items was truly dysfunctional and unorganized. After waiting two hours to enter the sale, I had to wait over 20 minutes to simply pay, and spent another 15 minutes retrieving the items I paid for.
Shoppers were not allowed to exit a room with the items they intended to purchase and were rudely intercepted if they accidentally walked into another room or hall with items.
The check out was at the front of the house, with one slow, grumpy woman receiving payment. After paying, visitors had to then shimmy through the house to go back to the room where their purchased items were. Items were in paper bags, unorganized, unnamed, and blocking walking pathways.
On top of this silly process and complete lack of customer service skills, everything was extremely overpriced.

I just had my first experience with FES and it was fantastic!
I noticed right away how smooth everything was, and I appreciate the thought and quality of the estate sale. I had a really great experience and am impressed with the service.
Don’t come here expecting cheap, garage sale items. This was a quality operations and I will definitely be back again!
