  I recently went to an estate sale by Franco and the method of receipting and picking up items was truly dysfunctional and unorganized. After waiting two hours to enter the sale, I had to wait over 20 minutes to simply pay, and spent another 15 minutes retrieving the items I paid for. Shoppers were not allowed to exit a room with the items they intended to purchase and were rudely intercepted if they accidentally walked into another room or hall with items. The check out was at the front of the house, with one slow, grumpy woman receiving payment. After paying, visitors had to then shimmy through the house to go back to the room where their purchased items were. Items were in paper bags, unorganized, unnamed, and blocking walking pathways. On top of this silly process and complete lack of customer service skills, everything was extremely overpriced.

  Extremely overpriced. There was a fake LV bag at the estate sale that was completely marked up. You can find these items on Ebay or other sites for cheaper so don't waste your time.

  I just had my first experience with FES and it was fantastic! I noticed right away how smooth everything was, and I appreciate the thought and quality of the estate sale. I had a really great experience and am impressed with the service. Don’t come here expecting cheap, garage sale items. This was a quality operations and I will definitely be back again!

  I have been a devoted FES client for the past few years because of the owner Terry Franco. Her estate sales are absolutely the only sales worth my time. All items are meticulously displayed and fairly priced. There is a reason why her regulars (and there are quite a few) line up on the first day at 6:30am to get a number at 8:00am to be the first ones to get into the sale at 9:00am. Contrary to belief of some, Franco Estate Specialist is not a liquidator, she is working for a family’s estate selling their possessions at fair market value. If you are looking for garage yard quality deals then this is not your kind of place as the items sold here are good quality and in pretty good condition. From art, furniture, kitchen items, and oh the clothing. Terry Franco has owned this business for 20+ years so she must be doing something right. She is a shrewd, smart, and kind businesswoman entrusted with a family’s estate. I firmly believe in supporting a small business, especially one owned by a woman. Come to her next sale and you will see what I mean.
