  I recently relocated to San Francisco, and the apartment search and moving process can definitely be stressful. But Delphine on Diamond made it really smooth, especially thanks to John, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He gave me a detailed tour, walked me through the application process, and was always responsive and easy to work with. He also made move-in day feel simple and stress-free. I really appreciated how thoughtful and supportive he was every step of the way. The community feels well managed, and everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front office team to maintenance, has been friendly and professional. Great vibes all around!

  This is for the leasing office and property managers - Waterton. They scheduled me for a viewing appointment and confirmed twice over, and when I showed up on time it turns out the office is closed for the day. If this is how badly they organize just a viewing I feel sorry for residents who have maintenance requests.

  The plumbing problem caused the bathroom ceiling to leak. The maintenance staff came to dismantle our ceilings and did not install new ones. After a month, I suddenly knocked the door rudely and told me that I could install the ceiling. I have to go out and refused. Finally, tell me if I don't fit them with the ceiling and let me lose money. Is the stubid water pipe problem in the ceiling caused by me? Do I have so much time every day waiting for maintenance staff at home?
