  One of the smartest decisions I’ve ever made was aligning with BanCal. Never before, have I received such excellent care and expertise. Had it not been for Kelli Smith, we would not be thriving like we are. I’ll trust this company, and in particular Kelli, forever. The evidence is in how they treat both myself, the property owner, and my tenants, because it doesn’t matter who you are, everyone sees the same warmth and concern. I highly recommend BanCal 100%.

  BanCal is an excellent property manager! Kelli Smith is familiar with our property, aligned with our (the owners') interests/perspective, responsive to our period inquiries, gently persistent, fair to tenants. I can't think of a situation where she hasn't gone the extra mile to make sure things happen. Also, financial statements come out on time and numbers track. Seems like a well-oiled machine.

  Bancal has been managing my properties for the last ten years. This company is truly a gem. Anytime I have a question, the Bancal team answers right away. They are empathetic, professional and become like family. If you want a company that cares for your property with genuine care and attention to detail, Bancal is the way to go. Miss Kelli Smith and her team are the best.

  Having worked with BanCal for 6 years now, I have to say we are very, very happy with them. We inherited a piece of property that had a lot of issues that needed to be resolved involving repair, upgrade, and tenant selection. We work with Kelli Smith and found her and the team at BanCal easy to work with, reliable, responsive, and most importantly they have good judgment when it comes to dealing with problems as well as finding good tenants. They have a strong network of capable and qualified contractors, lawyers if we needed advice, as well as working well with the people in the building and inspection departments in San Francisco. We found them very experienced and good at what they do. We found them to be very respectful. When we first inherit the property, we considered it a liability but after working with BanCal now consider the property an asset.

  My brothers and I inherited an apartment building in San Francisco when my father passed away. My father did not maintain the property and refused to hire a property manager. There were numerous Notice of Violations. We knew we needed help and hired Bancal. We are glad we did. They found contractors to renovate and maintain the property. They manage the property for us. We are impressed with their professionalism and their follow through. They provide timely status on things that are happening with the property. We enjoy working with them.
