  Just overall Not a good experience with these apartments. Both property manager Lanell and the maintenance man are probably the biggest issues. Unprofessional, rude, and definitely shouldn't be overseeing any properties. Would give zero Stars if I could

  Moving cross-country can be overwhelming, but my experience with Post Street Apartments was seamless, thanks to the incredible team. From my very first call with Jason while I was still in Florida, he made a lasting impression with his professionalism and support. Once I decided to move forward with the application process, Jason provided all the necessary information and documentation, making everything easy to complete remotely. We even completed a Zoom verification, and upon my arrival, the final steps were executed flawlessly. What initially felt like a daunting and emotional process—filled with excitement and nerves—was made reassuring and smooth from the very beginning. I truly appreciate LaNell, the Management team, Jason Leasing Agent, and TJ Maintenance team, for working together to ensure my accommodation needs were met, both during the application process and upon arrival. Jason took the time to listen and understand the needs of my family, effectively communicating with management to create an outstanding team effort. The level of care and coordination did not go unnoticed, and I’m grateful for the experience. We absolutely love the building’s aesthetics and rich history, and we’re excited to build our own “herstory” and “famstory” here. Thank you, Post Street Apartments, for making this transition such a positive one!

  Terrible experience especially if you demand adherence simply to what is outlined in your leasing agreement. Beware of retaliation by the property manager Lanell and the maintenance man Terrance. They are two terrible people who need to be fired!
