  I’ve been working with Bancal for many years, and Kelli Smith specifically for over a decade. She has been amazing to work with - always extremely responsive and has incredible follow-through. I can pretty much reach out to her any time or day and she is on it immediately. She also is extremely diligent with any add’l vendors, and makes sure we are comfortable and have a good result. So lucky to have her as a property manager!

  I’m a General contractor that’s has been working with BanCal for 5 years, I can attest that they are a very detailed oriented and very conscious company. They are very thorough with their decision making process, they are also always on top of all the issues, very prompt with their responses and they always keep all the lines of communication open from top to bottom with their team. I have worked a lot personally with Kelli Smith, she is a great person with great management skills and great knowledge, she is always looking into how to make the property better. I have also worked with Alvin Donaire, He is great person to work with, he is always available and ready to give you an answer or find the answer needed it to keep the projects moving., He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I would recommend BanCal 100 percent, you won’t be disappointed!
