  Es un lugar muy bonito para vivir por que no hay mucho ruido y eso pienzo que lo hace agradable.

  Management unfortunately doesn't honor their agreements or leases. Dog urine is often in the elevators and dog poop is often in the outdoor rooftop areas. Fees are very high and things are constantly being fixed (i.e. they request you move your car out of their garage for an extended period when you PAY for a parking spot). When you can't trust your management to follow their own agreements, how can you have peace of mind at home?

  Faulty ventilation, kids getting hotboxed with marijuana, black mold & more! Management also does not honor their lease agreements and has insane rent increases. Amenities are also closed with no compensation for months at a time and random fee increases are added to monthly bills with no notice They did not actually do anything about this. They just said they would to “appear caring”
