  My husband and I loved living here! The place was spotless and so well cared for. Our apartment was spacious with much more storage in closets etc. than we normally see in a managed building. We used the hot tub weekly, it was always clean. The common spaces are used but never over crowded. The pool lounge chairs are high quality and very comfortable. People are friendly. Facilities was very quick to respond to issues. Would highly recommend!

  I lived here for four years before relocating for work, and it was such a great place to live. Robert, who is the property manager, is so friendly and helpful! The property team is always quick and diligent when handling any issues or property maintenance. The whole property is kept clean and in great condition. The staff would always work with you and made you feel more like part of the community, not just a tenant. 5/5 would live again :)

  I sold my home in Oceanside in March 2021, and was looking for a landing spot in San Diego while I searched for my next home. I found a jewel! Vida North Park is a beautiful building in a vibrant area of North Park. The experience from finding an apartment to signing the lease and living there for the last 8 months was just amazing. A few key things to know about Vida: 1. Management is the absolute best. Robert manages the whole experience when you first move in, and he stays engaged whenever you have a question as a tenant. He is friendly and smart and professional. 2. If you ever need something fixed, just use the mobile app and you get a response in a flash. Sam takes care of making sure everything in the building runs smoothly and is incredibly quick to make sure the tenants are happy and have a great experience when they need something fixed. 3. The facilities are like living in a resort. The pool is just beautiful (you can hear cool music playing when you swim under water). The gym is clean and has everything you need. The walkways and the parking garage are spotless. Today I handed in my keys and said goodbye to Robert and Teresa in the office. While I'm thrilled to have found my next home, I am so grateful for the time I got to spend at Vida North Park.

  Absolutely beautiful community with SO much to offer. North Park has never seen luxury done so immaculately!

  Studios start at $2,300 a month... that's all you really need to know. San Diego doesn't need any more of these expensive apartment buildings.
