Everything is good here, but I wish there were more EV charging spots. EV spots are assigned to specific people, but they are often empty and still others can’t use them. Maybe allow first come first serve for any car or add more chargers, that would really help everyone

My girlfriend and I lived here about a year ago. At the time of living here we would rate it a solid 5/10. The apartments themselves are fairly renovated but you can tell the building itself is old. In the summer the hallways and the bedroom get very hot and sticky since there is no central air in the building. What really upset us though was the move out process. We lived in the apartment complex for 11 months. The video attached is our final move out after I cleaned, vacuumed and swept all the floors and countertops. The deposit for this place was $750. 2 weeks later we received a letter stating that we owed an ADDITIONAL $350 after using our full deposit because of various damages associated with how we left the apartment. They went on to say that they had deducted water, sewage, and trash from 10 months prior for our “free 5 weeks” when we signed the lease. In addition, they have their head of maintenance come into the apartment and basically mark whatever they want as needing to be replaced or fixed and then hire a contractor who can charge whatever since they pass the costs off to the tenant. They claimed they needed to repaint the walls and that “touch ups do not exist.” They also wanted to charge $350 to replace the bottom of the tub because of some scratches near the drain that were present when we first moved in.I reviewed the lease and noticed they charged us in full for the repainting when it says that the owner pays 25%. I brought this up and they said it was a “mistake” and that they would adjust it. They then when on to say that “you are obligated to return the premise in the exact same condition or better” and that “standard wear and tear does not exist.” I sent in this video to the office where we were told that the charges would still stand. It wasn’t until I threatened small claims court that they reduced the charges. Be incredibly mindful if you are renting from this place. They pass on every charge possible to you including water, sewage, and trash all while still charging close to the same prices as the newer complex across the street. When you move out take a video of the place otherwise you will be screwed and pay whatever BS charges they want to make up.

DIGUSTING SMELLS. Prepare for the smell of URINE, FECES, and dead animal carcass odor in the elevator lobbies on almost all floors. Guests physically gag and have to cover their noses with their shirts. Incompetent management and cleaning procedures. Complete disregard for “non-smoking” community. Even after presenting photographic evidence of other tenants breaking the lease policy by smoking on their balcony nothing, and i repeat nothing is done other than a boiler plate email reminder to obey rules. Not to mention frequent package theft with no recourse.

Rats on the 3rd floor ceiling, reported and never acknowledged. Always smells weird like dog pee and poop. have seen dead cockroaches aswell. Besides thats its fine :)
