  This is one of the best apartment buildings I’ve lived in. The management team and staff are so friendly and attentive and the building is always immaculate. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, it’s resolved quickly. Love it here

  We lived here for 2 years and it was an amazing stay. The urbana team was always beyond helpful and that goes for the leasing agents, maintenance team janitorial etc. Moving in was a super easy process, straight forward and they assisted us with any of our questions. They were always quick to respond and be patient with us as tenants. The building was always clean, and we never had any issues with getting maintenance requests fulfilled quickly. Very sad to leave this beautiful apartment behind!

  Urbana is such an amazing place to live. It’s not just about the location. I’m talking about the leasing team and maintance team. They do everything in their power to make it feel like home. No better feeling.
