Today I had a toilet and sink issue. I put in a ticket online and same day just few hours he came by fixed both issues AND took the time to replace fridge water filter. I didn’t even ask him to do that but he’ll go beyond what’s required and will have your back! Rockstars like Cesar make it stress free to live here.

The maintenance team is friendly and so attentive to any issues in your home especially Gino, he is always so polite and ready to assist, he did a great job with all the service requests I needed fixing.

It’s consistently very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the office staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Maintenance is excellent (10/10) — even when I send a request at night, they usually respond quickly and often come the next day. The amenities are great: a clean pool and jacuzzi, private cabanas, an upscale gym, and an elevator. I also love the free weekly yoga and Pilates classes, plus a monthly painting class. There’s plenty of parking, and it’s conveniently located near a playground and nearby services. The community is also strict about quiet hours and smoke-free rules, which makes it a peaceful place to live. Highly recommend.
