  This review is for both the building and for Tony. Tony: what an absolute legend. After viewing some 20 apartments on behalf of my cousin, I finally came by the Lindley (because if you’re gonna go swanky, you GO SWANKY) and Tony gave me the most thorough tour of the whole place. I was impressed how many residents he was on a first name basis with. And now I understand why. He provides a truly personable approach in an otherwise overwhelmingly intimidating building (there are 400+ residents!). Ended up talking to him for over 45 minutes and missing another viewing (which didn’t matter anyway, because how can you go anywhere after seeing everything the Lindley has to offer?) The building: At most other buildings this size, one can write off that you’re paying for the amenities that you’ll likely never use. Not so here. The pool (heated saltwater) is GORGEOUS. The views are silly beautiful and the staff is so wildly attentive and friendly. My cousin has been loving her time here so far (and I’ve been loving visiting).

  The Lindley is a great spot. Perfect location within walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants, the waterfront and even Petco Park. The property itself is great. Less than two years old with modern design and top-notch amenities. The entire staff is super helpful and friendly and make the place feel like 'home'. I'd especially call out Jen Garcia the Leasing Manager here. Not sure how she does it but she seems to know everyone in the building like a friend and is super helpful and responsive to just about any question or need. I'd recommend contacting Jen if interested in The Lindley!

  Tony the leasing agent is absolutely the best! Honest, kind, and he really cares! Always available to assist with any questions or concerns! He goes above and beyond the call of duty! He has made my 15 months here the best living experience ever! ♥️

  I moved into The Lindley about a month ago and it has been such an incredible community to join. Not only is it a dream property with every amenity I could possibly ask for, but the people have been so welcoming and friendly, and the leasing staff are truly second to none! Tony in particular has made my move as smooth as possible. He worked hard to ensure that I got the apartment of my dreams in a timeline that worked for me. And since moving in, any time I've needed anything, he immediately addresses the issue. He's the best possible representative for the The Lindley brand. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Little Italy!

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Lindley. The building is in an excellent location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything around the neighborhood. It’s very convenient and makes day-to-day living much easier. The amenities are also fantastic. The property is always clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The common areas, gym, and overall atmosphere really make it feel like a high-quality place to live. What truly makes the experience stand out, though, is the team—especially Tony Garcia. Tony went above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. His help made the whole transition into the building a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend The Lindley to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with great amenities and an outstanding staff.
