  Jorge and Mitchell were so helpful in making it easy to get my new apartment since I’m moving from out of state. They answered all my questions and the apt is just how it looks on the photos-amazing! The clubhouse is huge and I feel like I can actually enjoy the amenities. Maintenance is super attentive. Thank you to the Solterra team!

  We found Solterra in March of 23. We signed our lease for 4/15 occupancy. We abandoned our home in Sarasota FL and moved in 5/1. Happily, just signed continuing lease. The leasing staff, from day one, was understanding of our needs and remembered our needs when we visited for 2nd time. Recently, community amenities (clubhouse & Pool deck) have been updated. Management recently updated the colors of the buildings. They are adorable. Any time we’ve had a maintenance issue, a faucet, door handle, appliances have been rectified quickly and to our satisfaction. Love the dog friendly atmosphere. Kudos to Mitchell for listening, and not take anything as a complaint. Just a resident issue to be capably resolved. He succeeds. Near all shopping restaurants, but secluded as Mira Mesa terminates at Scipps Ranch. You will not be disappointed when you visit and join our community.
