  I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Angela made the application process incredibly smooth and fast. She walked me through all the key components, including setting up cable, SDGE, and even renters insurance. I also had a small technical difficulty on my end, and she was patient, helpful, and made sure everything was handled without stress. Destiny was just as wonderful during move-in. She made the key delivery process seamless and took the time to ensure everything was in order and that I felt comfortable in my new home. Both Angela and Destiny provided exceptional customer service. Moving can be overwhelming, but they truly made this experience easy and welcoming. I’m so grateful!

  My wife and I are working on making a move here very soon, and the front office staff (Deisy and Angela) were absolutely clutch helping me with some complex issues. Now, those issues had to do with their online application web portal, which leaves something to be desired, but that's not their fault! I really felt they dropped everything and made sure we got the problem solved right away. That speaks well of what I expect my experience to be like there as a tenant.
