- JDJesús José Domínguez-Palacios DuránOct 14, 20244.0The neighbourhood is located in an excellent place, and it is quite easy to get anywhere in San Diego by car from here. I typically do not hear noise on the nights, so it's very easy to sleep. Pacific Bay Club provides an excellent service when things go wrong in the apartment. Last time, my locker was fully blocked on the late night. I phoned the emergency number, and they quickly solved my problem. My small comment is that frequent fumigations would be appreciated, though (I am a bit afraid of spiders). Overall, I do recommend this community :)

- IIIJun 12, 20172.0Raising the laundry rates is ridiculous 2.29 for light soil wash. Smaller washers and 2.29 for dry 45 min. With all the extras 6 dollars a load what a rip off. Stuffy apartment no fan, moisture issues, barely any hot water. Awful parking if you have more than one car. If it wasn't for the location, the apartment, carport and the initial first year good experience I would move.

I cant even watch a movie and be able to hear it without getting a noise complaint. Overall not a good place. unless your a 90 year old lady who doesnt smoke, doesnt have pets, and never makes any noise...
