  We rented from 11/2022-04/2023, not sure if things got better since. I do want to say if she still works there, Crystal at the leasing office was amazing. The downside here was they tried to charge us for a new oven when we barely moved in and it cracked after we used it once or twice. The stovetop already had little cracks/scratches on it, and I really don’t know what we could’ve done to make it crack like that when we barely used it to cook. After talking with them, they said we won’t be charged but we would get a used oven from a different room. That oven had cockroaches stuck in the clock, and I’m not sure if living on the first floor or maybe the roaches got out but they were a regular in our place. Then we couldn’t pay for two parking spaces because they are limited and save those for the two bedroom apartments. So just be prepared on where to park the second car if you have one.

  What an amazing place Seventh and G apartments was. It was truly sad to leave. Nothing but a positive experience all around. The appearance of the facility was great at all times. It’s the perfect spot to live to experience down town San Diego. The staff were very helpful and caring at all times. Noise complaints were always handled with upmost haste. All facilities related issues were handled same day or the next at the most. I couldn’t thank the staff more for their help, kindness and great customer service. Laura and Eric are amazing!
