  It’s not often you have the opportunity and pleasure to work with an outstanding professional like Maureen Martin. From the beginning of the loan process through the end of escrow, Maureen worked tirelessly to help me secure an excellent loan, helped me understand and manage the seemingly endless paperwork deadlines, communicated continuously with me in a manner which was always warm, patient, and supportive, and interacted very professionally and cooperatively with my realtor and escrow officers. In fact my realtor, who had never worked with Maureen, was so impressed after working with her that he said he would include her in his loan referral directory. The escrow officers told me that Maureen had a long-standing reputation of meeting all deadlines and securing all documents that were needed to ensure a smooth and successful escrow and home purchase. They said that when they see Maureen’s name on loan documents, they know the timelines will be met and the paperwork will be in order. If I ever need another home mortgage loan or refinance my current loan, I will definitely work with Maureen Martin!

  Maureen is the best!! She is a powerhouse, so organized and on top of everything. She personally checked in with me if I was behind on anything or didn't understand some of the nuances of a first time home purchase. She's SO quick to reply and get back to you. She's also clearly been doing this for a while because she would go and find me perks or solutions that I did not even know were a benefit I had or a great option such as being able to get a later payment date. If you are looking for a lender, look no further, she's awesome and will help you through it all with the most effective communication ever.

  My fiancé and I loved working with Maureen, who helped us buy our first house. Having no experience with this process, we did not know what to expect. We didn't even know what we didn't know. Maureen walked us through competitive rates, helped us set a budget, and worked proactively to navigate the mortgage application and closing documents during a hectic, abbreviated closing period. Maureen was responsive and proactive, keeping us updated at every stage. She provided us solid advice that allowed us to lock in an interest rate at a relatively favorable rate. Maureen will be at the top of our list if and when we decide to move or refinance.

  We worked with Maureen when we first purchased our home and then again 2 years later when we refinanced. Both times she has been on top of everything and is great with communication, keeping us always updated.
