  We really like this apartments place on market square , we have everything close from us, pharmacy, stores and more . Staff from apartments were really nice and help us with all the process, angelica the manager makes the process way easier

  Prevail was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process. Unfortunately I had to go through moving to another state virtually. He made the whole process very easy. There was always an urgency in response and even went above and beyond even on his weekend. If you are looking to lease at Market Street Square ask for Prevail, you won’t regret it !

  I was moving from Chicago to San Diego, so it was proving very challenging to find an apartment and sign a lease sight unseen. I was losing hope before finding Market Street Square Apts. Prevail and the team made this incredibly easy. Within 15 minutes of hearing about this, Prevail was giving me a tour of the available unit. He immediately sent over the application and information and had a lease provided in less than a week. Market Street Square charges a small deposit that will HOLD your place while going through the application process. Once approved, this amount rolls over to your security deposit. This was HUGE. I had previously felt like apartments were getting taken out from under me. When I arrived, everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming, and Prevail gave me a full tour of the complex, amenities and unit and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. I've stopped into the office several times since then to ask questions or advice and Prevail and Angelica have been SO quick to help every single time. I've received an immediate resolution every time I've stepped into the office. This move-in experience could not have been smoother and that is absolutely because of Prevail and the Management team here.

  These apartments are in such a convenient location with so many places within walking distance. It saves a ton on parking when heading to Seaport Village, catching a Padres game, or exploring the Gaslamp District. Plus, having a grocery store right next door is a huge perk for daily errands. The recent remodeling looks great, especially the new furniture on the sundeck—it’s a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the downtown air. I also really enjoyed the dry heat sauna, though access to it can be a bit limited at times. The property manager, Angie, is very welcoming and really gets things done; she’s hosted some fun community events like movie nights and taco vendors. A few things to keep in mind: the gym is on the smaller side, and there isn't direct access to bathrooms within the gym area itself. However, maintenance was almost always addressed within a week during my stay. Overall, it’s exactly what I expected from downtown living!
