  Pros- cheap rent competitively for OB, awesome maintenance guy, Mike, he is eager to help and in communication 24/7 with all issues. Cons- some hidden fees like trash which for all of SD is ridiculous (around $70-80)

  I recently came in to tour an apartment and was greeted by Eric who was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He was very professional and made it seem like we would be moving into a community that cared for its tenants. The maintenance guy Mike was also in and out of the office with a big smile and seemed to really enjoy working there. It is rare to find this type of chemistry and warm vibe. Even if I do not choose to live here I will consider it in the future.

  Eric in leasing and Mike in maintenance have been great to work with getting my roommates and I into a unit here at Mar. Both are super helpful and made moving in as seamless as possible. So far very happy with the place overall - definitely recommend.

  I've lived here for 6 years and recently switched to a new unit. Eric, the manager, has made the switch extremely easy and Mike, the maintenance guy, is super friendly and helpful! They both help make this a great place to live, and the renovations to both the exterior and the interior are welcome updates that look great!
