  I wanted to write about the above and beyond service I received from leasing agent Mia. I was living in Civita at the time in their luxury community apts. and had lived there for years but every time I went to my Kaiser on Zion I saw these cute orange and white apartments and wanted to check them out so one day I did. I was also doing fieldwork at the nearby elementary school for my teacher credential program. I was blown away by how adorable the Latitude premises appeared inside once you enter the entrancw grand stairwell, with lush plants everywhere and an awesome retro style pool and jacuzzi. Mia was who first greeted me and gave me a great spiel on all available units. She then gave a phenomenal tour showing me the workout room, and lounge room etc. I inquired about a two bedroom and we toured the premises and she showed me all units, all while describing each of their perks. For example some had carpet, others all hard flooring, some close to parking, another close to the mail or dog park or pool and jacuzzi. Mia pointed out the cute tables with grass and dog park and gave such a super tour. She was so professional while also being relatable and down to earth. Something great about these apartments is the community itself, close to so much, to include the 15 and 8. In comparison to the super expensive luxury apts, instead of stuffy hallways, you get open air with plant walkways. Do not let bad reviews deter you, especially about Mia who was and is one of the most professional leasing agents I have ever met. Everyone can have an off day and who knows what happened that day. We all also have different opinions. Now, all my reviews on places are not good, I find customer service to be a big reason I do business or not, but my experience touring Latitude was great, Thanks to Mia, and the entire team there to include Mia’s manager whose name fails me but she is also amazing and even the maitenance team was so friendly. I also know folks who live there and love it very much. The school cluster is also excellent from elementary, to junior high to high school, also according to my mom who is a long time teacher, now retired but still subs as teaching is her passion. Back to Latitude, I say look and do not always trust reviews, even do not trust mine, go see for yourself if this location, units and price point is good for you. And meet Mia; she is in my opinion a wonderful leasing agent and person. I swear I wrote this review on my own volition and was not paid or asked to write it, but felt compelled after reading the reviews. It is actually a long overdue review. Thank you for the great tour you gave Mia!

  Super close to my work/great commute and convenient access to shopping centers and freeways. Beautiful and brand new amenities!

  I viewed a one bed today and my experience with the leasing agent Mia was interesting. As soon as we walked in she was passive. She gave me incorrect information on what units were actually available and move in date was incorrect, for the unit. I came in with the information I saw on their website, so the fact she went on about how the unit was unavailable before checking and correcting herself was odd. I would not consider this complex based off my experience with the leasing agent alone. Every question was met with weird passive aggressiveness. When walking back to the office I took my ID and wished her a great day.
