  The lady at the second desk near the package room is extremely unprofessional. She makes you feel as if you were homeless, consistently questioning you in a condescending manner and pre-judging what you are about to ask before you even finish speaking. The apartment itself is great. However, if you need to handle anything at the leasing office, I strongly recommend avoiding this particular staff member. As residents, we also have a responsibility to let good practices drive out bad ones — to help the apartment provide better service, maintain a professional public image, and prevent the reputation of the community from being damaged by the behavior of a single individual

  It’s about Jose Hernandez :) Excellent repairman. He fixed my kitchen garbage disposal quickly and professionally. Very punctual, clean work . Highly recommended.”
