I do not recommend this apartment. Poor communication and service. I’m really disappointed with this place. From day one, the experience has been frustrating. When I moved in, no one gave me any guidance. I had to figure out where my apartment was and where to park completely on my own.
To be clear, repairs themselves are not the issue. We understand that maintenance situations happen. The problem is how everything was handled. Then on February 27 (we had only been living here for a week), maintenance knocked on my door at 2 PM saying there was a leak from the upstairs washing machine and they needed to inspect. They told me everything would be done by 5 PM. That didn’t happen. Instead, they said they needed to remove my washer and leave two dryers and two other large machines running inside my bedroom and laundry room. I asked how long they would need to run — no answer. I told them this would affect my wife’s and my sleep. The only response I got was, “That’s our process. There’s nothing we can do.” Four loud machines running at the same time in your bedroom is not something anyone can sleep through. It was noisy, hot, and smelled bad. We had only lived there for a week. We still had dirty laundry and were barely settled in. After a long argument, they eventually decided to remove the equipment. Later, another person said they could run the machines during the day and turn them off at night. Why wasn’t that explained in the first place?
No one gave us advance notice that they would cut into the walls, leave equipment in our apartment for several days, use our electricity, and take up almost a quarter of our bedroom space. From February 27 through March 3, people were constantly in and out of our unit, leaving messes behind. We were told the leasing office would contact us on Monday (March 2) to explain everything. That follow-up never really happened.
At this point, we don’t even know how many more times or how many more people will be coming in and out of our bedroom, because the repairs are still not finished. We are exhausted, and every night we have to sleep while dealing with the lingering smell. Again, repairs are not the problem. The lack of communication, organization, and consideration is. We felt completely disregarded.
If you’re thinking about moving here, please be aware of how situations like this are handled.
I recently moved here and it is one of the best apartments I have ever had. Repairs are quick and prompt and the staff members are very helpful. Just last week, JASMINE was such a life-saver with her help in the leasing office and in the bowling alley! This place is lit.

I have been a resident here for four years. While the property advertises itself as "luxury" and "modern," the current condition and management do not reflect that standard.
Over the past three years, there has been a noticeable decline in overall maintenance and management quality. The grounds are frequently messy, trash is left around the complex, and the staff hired appear inexperienced and unresponsive to resident concerns.
There are ongoing and unresolved maintenance issues. During rain, multiple buildings experience roof leaks, resulting in flooding and standing water in common areas. The Jacuzzi jets in my building have been broken for over a year, with only two functioning despite repeated issues. These are not isolated incidents but persistent problems that significantly impact quality of living.
Additionally, frequent low-flying aircraft create substantial noise disturbances, sometimes even at night.
Parking is another major concern. Despite residents paying premium rent, parking is poorly managed. Employees are permitted to use resident overflow parking, forcing paying residents to park on the street. Guest parking is strictly enforced to the point of aggressive towing threats, even when residents have limited alternatives.
For a property that markets itself as luxury, the management, upkeep, and resident experience fall far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to carefully reconsider before signing a lease here
