  I schedule an appointment to see a unit 10:30. Then 10:45 rolled by and I gave the number I was receiving in confirmation texts a call. No answer. I then had to look up their company number and ask what’s going on. The front desk person directed me to another person. No answer. I call the front desk again. They tell me to call the on site property manager. He says he doesn’t know what units are available and can’t show me. He gives me a number for someone else who then tells me that the property was actually already rented out! Terrible experience a horrifying waste of time on one of days off. Oh to top it off the originally number that was texting me is supposedly someone who isn’t even working there anymore. Would give 0/5 if I could

  1.) so far 3 months with no bedroom window lock 2.) 4 weeks waiting for repair after garage roof (that's already been repaired once in SAME PLACE) has poured rain yet AGAIN in garage only this time destroying an electric wheelchair in garage 3.) every month I get an email saying I have unpaid charges, when my rent and utilities is already paid 4.) still sit in car for min 30 waiting for a spot where I pay rent for one ------------- you do the math

  We have been living in one of their units for a few months. The maintenance team has been very slow and inefficient so far. They say we are supposed to submit a request online and they will take care of it, but it takes a few days for them to assign it to someone. I have had a very serious request for a gas leak sitting in their system for days; after a few days, they said they have to assign it to a vendor, which made the process even slower. Overall, almost all maintenance requests need a lot of annoying back-and-forth calls. It has been a very disappointing experience

  Manuel is fantastic—he jumps on my maintenance requests right away and always takes care of them quickly and properly. He’s really skilled at his work and super friendly and helpful every time we talk. I’m so grateful to be working with such an awesome team at Income Property Advisors, including Matt.   I currently have a dead mouse in my unit and have no idea when it will be removed. !!!! It’s Saturday, the leasing offices are closed, and no one from management answers the phone. This is after weeks of an unresolved mouse infestation. Being left with a dead animal in my home is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. The lack of emergency response and accountability is alarming. This situation should never happen to a resident.
