  My dad rents a room here and he got a bedbug infestation and also, somebody got murdered in the hallway one night too, and there was blood all over the floor. This place is not for the faint of heart, only for those who are absolutely desperate for a cheap place to stay!!!

  Not that bad. Close to gaslamp, shopping, Coronado and a good place to lay ones head at night.

  It's unfortunate that in an apartment building that supposedly offers housing to low income, and often disabled individuals, that no one is allowed to use the elevator, and there is one. It's a lot of stairs to those 2nd and 3rd floor rooms when you don't walk so well to begin with....And, now my rant is done...

  The receptionist who answered when I called had a rude flat pushy attitude I called asking for general information on deposits and availability. The receptionist didn't want to provide any information besides when the next availability is. It's completely inappropriate that I had to drag information out of them.
