I have lived in multiple apartment in the past and this one is by far the worst. From my understanding, they provide incentives for people to leave 5 star reviews, so take every review with a grain of salt.
The apartment is german roach infested, and have included a picture from the back of the fridge to show where they do not clean for new tenants. They have came to smoke the apartment for roaches before, which included multiple units in the same building. They also do not clean the units properly in between new tenants, so the unit condition largely depends on the previous tenant's conditions.
Also, multiple people within the unit have been experiencing problems with their AC not working, which has not been fixed since the beginning of the school year. They take over a week for maintenance requests.
The evening shuttle driver is inappropriate and unprofessional. He will drive fast and shout profanities at students for not yielding in the middle of the street. He also have made a comment before about asking a fellow student if they have "seen the girls by the pool". They also give notices as soon as the night before if the shuttle will not be running the next day, because they are unable to maintain the upkeep of the shuttle.
Also for parking, the parking garage is small, and students will speed fast along the corners when going up and down the lot, so it is something to be aware if you plan to park. It can cause accidents. The wifi is also shared among the entire building complex, so it is slow if you require strong wifi.
Do not fall for their schemes for signing, and please sign elsewhere even if it means paying extra. You can find other apartments in the area for cheaper with less roommates.

I wouldn’t say living here is the best however, majority of the people are decent and nice. My main issues is being one of the shuttle drivers who has white hair and he makes the driving experience feel kind of hellish. I see him approached the school honking at people simply crossing the street and honking at cars without giving them time to turn. He honked the shuttle car for five entire seconds simply because a driver in front of us took three extra seconds to turn right. The shuttle driver with black hair however is polite and drives normally however he can be a little bit firm sometimes but it’s mostly just because he doesn’t want people bringing open containers of food and drinks inside since that would make a mess. The shuttle driver with white hair needs to chill out.

PLEASE READ AND DONT LIVE HERE!!!!
Posting a 1 star because it doesn’t deserve 3.3- realistically 2 stars.
My gripes:
That nice courtyard in the picture on the website? Rat infested. The pool? Gets sun maybe 3-4 hours a day because of the stupid orientation of the buildings blocking out all the light.
Elevator is dirty and constantly breaks down. ALL the hall ways are stained with god knows what and have a musty smell.
Mostly students live here but you might get paired with a random 30 your old (even if your 18) because of how they randomly assign rooms.
The shuttle that goes to campus is a joke, they leave every 20 mins and don’t pack the shuttle to full capacity- this ends up leaving students 20 mins late EVERY DAY. (They have metal bars running along the top of the shuttle for standing passengers to grab but they limit you to the seated positions)
There have been multiple occasions of dog owners letting their dogs shit in halls and in the elevator.
Besides all these things the new management (as of 3/18) decided what they need to focus on is towing more people out of the parking garage and limiting the visitor spots to 30 mins no exceptions. (Parking is a huge issue here, if you dont have the over priced parking spot you might end up walking 7-10 plus minutes alone on the side of the street at night) and knocking on our doors begging us to release and offering hot chocolate and pizza.
The place has potential but the management is almost unfathomably out of touch and greedy DO NOT LIVE HERE

can’t say this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The building itself has its share of issues things break more often than they should, sometimes it feels like management is slow to respond. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not top-tier either.
That said, the one consistently positive part of my experience here has been with the people that work here especially Connor and Jordan from the maintenance team. Super helpful and get the job done.
