- KRKimberly RosasJan 27, 20251.0I visited this place recently and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. First, parking costs up to $25 a day, which adds up quickly. If you’re planning to work here for the day, be prepared to download an app and reserve or “book a desk” in advance. This process can be quite inconvenient, especially if you’re in a hurry. Now, the biggest issue was the internet. It kept going offline, which was incredibly frustrating, especially during an important business Zoom call. This didn’t happen just once or twice, but four times! I didn’t pay $40 to deal with constant interruptions. Each time, I had to move to the 9th floor in a hurry with just my laptop, leave the rest in a hurry and go where the internet seemed to work. This made me wonder: is the issue only with the “guest” Wi-Fi? The first time it happened, I went to the front desk to inquire. The staff member casually mentioned that the 9th floor Wi-Fi was fine, as if this was a common problem. This lack of concern left a bad impression. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I honestly wish I could get my money back. If you’re considering this space, I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless these issues are resolved.
