The common spaces are dirty and in poor repair -- sick staff members are forced to come in to "clean" but it's evident nothing in common areas has been cleaned in quite some time. Ever since WeWork botched their IPO, the company has been teetering on the brink of financial insolvency and you can tell by the condition of the building, the attitude of the staff and the quality of the services (community engagement, sacks, drinks, etc.) To make matters even worse, WeWork corporate punishes small businesses by blindly enforcing their WILDLY unfair contracts even during times of global financial crisis. Buyer beware -- there are hidden fees and punishments built into all of their standard contracts and they will use those terms to hammer you if you ever raise your voice. Shame they can't be what they pretend they are (or were at least).
