    Management was great, everything worked, and most neighbors were great - just in the last 8 week, an elephant herd moved in above us.

    I really like that whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets addressed extremely quickly. It seems that the renovated gym will open soon, and they also (finally) renewed the laundry room, which was a persistent issue in the past.
