The day arrived, and we got ready and headed out to get to the building early. About 20 minutes before our scheduled showing, Marcela with the Artisan Team had reached out to let us know that she suddenly had overlapping appointments. She asked if we would be willing to take a later appointment that morning, but we already had other showings booked and were almost to the Artisan. She said, “That’s unfortunate.” We turned down the opportunity for rescheduling. I’m not sure what popped up 20 minutes before our pre-scheduled showing, but whatever it was, this was not the kind of management we were looking for in a future home.
