  I would give Nancy Beck 10+ stars if it were possible! Her thorough knowledge of University City and her impressive skill set made her the best choice to sell my parents' home. She has my highest recommendation! The selling process was a bit challenging due to unexpected circumstances/delays on my part. Nancy never wavered through the entire process. She organized everything from clean up, repairs, and staging, to open houses. Even the escrow officer and the notary she requests to help sign final documents are top notch. Every detail of the process is well planned and executed. Her strengths in direct, effective an on going communication, extraordinary negotiation skills, and market knowledge, (especially during changing times), all contribute to her success. She stands firm for her client as necessary when negotiating, gives honest advice to the client, and closes the sale! Most of all, her caring and compassionate nature and competence from listing to closing were sincerely appreciated. I feel like she's part of our family now. I recommend her without reservation!

  Nancy Beck was an absolute powerhouse during our recent real estate deal. She out-negotiated the buyer’s agent, called their bluff at just the right moment, and closed the deal squarely in our favor. Her poker instincts and confident strategy saved us a significant amount—she essentially paid for herself. In a softening market she was able to get us our target price. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

  We highly recommend connecting with Nancy Beck if you are buying or selling in UC. Nancy and her team were extremely easy to work with. Nancy handled all aspects of the home sale with professionalism and grace. We always felt the sale of our parent’s home was in very capable hands and the results prove it.
