  My fiancé and I loved working with Maureen, who helped us buy our first house. Having no experience with this process, we did not know what to expect. We didn't even know what we didn't know. Maureen walked us through competitive rates, helped us set a budget, and worked proactively to navigate the mortgage application and closing documents during a hectic, abbreviated closing period. Maureen was responsive and proactive, keeping us updated at every stage. She provided us solid advice that allowed us to lock in an interest rate at a relatively favorable rate. Maureen will be at the top of our list if and when we decide to move or refinance.

  We worked with Maureen when we first purchased our home and then again 2 years later when we refinanced. Both times she has been on top of everything and is great with communication, keeping us always updated. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal and that the process is easy for us. I look forward to working with her again and recommending her to my friends!

  Maureen took a very complicated situation and made it easy while saving me $3500 a month in costs. She was patient and explained everything and worked with me to find a solution. I can't recommend her enough!!

  I cannot say enough great things about Maureen! I was extremely nervous about the home-buying process, but she guided me thoughtfully every step of the way. She answered all of my MANY questions with patience and grace. At one point on my journey, I had entered into contract on a property, but my gut told me that it just wasn't "right." I felt awful exiting the process at that point, after all of the loan applications were put together and the escrow company was waiting for my deposit – but Maureen was kind and encouraging, wanting only the best, happiest purchase for me. There was NONE of the judgment or criticism that I imagined there would be; she assured me that this happens sometimes, and told me about her experiences with other clients who wound up in their perfect homes after backing out of an earlier, not-quite-so-perfect contract. A few months later, I found my dream home. Maureen was excited right along with me! She could tell by what questions I was asking, my responses, and how I talked about the home that this was the ONE, and she was right. Maureen did a lot of hard work for me, but I also felt like I had a friend and compatriot by my side. When I got my keys, Maureen was the first person to welcome me HOME. THANK YOU, MAUREEN!

  Maureen with HomePlus was again amazing to work with. This was our second time going through a refi with her and she again made the process so simple. Answered every question we had, was clearly knowledgeable. We will continue to use Maureen in the future for any mortgage/refi options.
