- DBDaniel BarnardMar 4, 20185.0Lived here while attending college. Great location in a quite community but easy access to downtown and the beach. As an avid golfer, I enjoyed the 6 or 7 courses within 10 minutes. Plus it's in the boundaries of city limits so I was able to play Torrey Pines at the resident rate (witch is the best deal I ever had). The staff was always friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the fact the gym, grill, pool, and tennis courts were never busy. Always felt like our own amenities. The price was a tad high but for the peace and quiet that we enjoyed for three years of renting it was worth every penny.
