    The management here is fantastic. It’s rare to have managers and staff that care once you move in but this management does. I recommend this complex to anyone with a pet it’s the best for dogs 🙏🏽

    If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. I've lived here for 4 years and there have been several management changes over the years. Which means no consistency across the board. Leaving this place earlier than the end of my contract was an extreme headache but that's not why I'm making this review. I'm making this specific review due to my recent phone interaction with Melody. After moving out, I receive in my mailbox, at my new place, the final utility bill. Perfect, I'll go pay it right now online. As stated in the letter, I have the option to pay online. I followed the online method to no avail because my resident portal has been shut down (since I no longer live here). ok... so how should I pay online? I called the leasing office and had the unfortunate chance of speaking to Melody. I ask her if there's any other option to pay online or over the phone, she says no I can only pay with a money order or cashier's check. I ask her again if she can make an exception since I got into a bad accident and can't walk anywhere to get a money order or a cashier's check. She said they can't make an exception. I ask her what does she suggest I do then to pay this bill? She replies with "I don't have the ability to give advice on this". This leaves me very frustrated but I calmly got off the phone and am now writing this review. I believe that refusing to offer any online payment options to people with a disability is illegal so I'm not sure if she lacks training or common sense. Don't live here! Dealing with the management here is agonizing. However, I will say, Jerry is probably the best out of all the management staff on site. I've enjoyed interactions with her the most as she's very personable.

    The walls are as thin as paper. You can hear the neighbors literally using the bathroom. I have not once been able to sleep in past 6am since living here. Management is nice and they keep common areas clean but it’s literally not worth it. I have had neighbors bang on the walls while I’m on conference calls, watching tv, ext. not only can I hear them speaking and watching tv as well but also sounds like there is an elephant walking in the unit above me and not once have we complained or even spoken to them but they have called the cops on us at 9pm on a Saturday for having 3 friends over more than once. As well at 11am on Saturday for watching tv and reported it as domestic violence when the tv volume is below 15. Our closet and bathroom as so wet it developed mold and Ruined clothes even with a dehumidifier.
