He was very kind and patient with all my questions and provided tons of helpful information. He definitely is a go-to person for any questions or concerns. I have been very overwhelmed with the whole moving process and he reassured me of how it isn’t so bad, had a great talk with him and made sure all my questions were answered without any pressure.
