  I visited La Jolla Blue Apartments in San Diego and it seems like a comfortable residential community in the University City / La Jolla area, not far from UC San Diego and the UTC shopping district. The complex has a quiet, garden-style setting with lots of greenery, which makes the environment feel peaceful despite being close to the city. The apartments offer one- and two-bedroom layouts with modern features like stainless-steel kitchen appliances, plank flooring, and in-unit washers and dryers. Residents also have access to amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, coworking space, outdoor gathering areas, and BBQ spots. One thing that stands out is the location. It’s close to Westfield UTC Mall, La Jolla Cove, and UC San Diego, and the nearby I-5 freeway makes it easy to reach other parts of the city. Many biotech companies and tech offices are also nearby, so it’s a convenient area for students and professionals. In terms of reputation, the property has mixed reviews—around 3.6/5 from hundreds of reviews online—so experiences can vary depending on the unit and management.   Overall a really nice place to live. Management and staff is friendly and helpful. With that being said, if I had to change something it would be the noise, specifically the extremely thin ceilings/floors. I could hear every single footstep from my upstairs neighbor and it would rattle the walls and windows (even though the upstairs bedrooms are supposed to have carpeting to help with this). If your neighbor doesn’t have the same sleep schedule as you then you’re going to have a difficult time sleeping even if you’re not a light sleeper. The insulation work for the price needs some major remodeling. Other than that, great location to be.

  Had my property stolen from within the parking garage (which you need a key to enter) and was told there was nothing they could do. I’m actually astonished at the lack of consideration from the front office.
