  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a great experience living at this community. My one-bedroom is spacious with a smart floorplan, and the high-end appliances make it feel modern and comfortable—I absolutely love it! The team here also goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Raymond, Paulina, and Shaina in the leasing office are always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything I need. On the maintenance side, Joe and Chris are outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and always respectful. Between the beautiful apartment and the amazing staff, this community is truly an excellent place to live. Highly recommend!

  Maintenance team is great, friendly and professional. Love the office staff always helpful. Walking distance from restaurants, shops and Petco park.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience living here. Any issues that come up in the apartments are always handled quickly, which makes living here stress free. I also want to mention Paulina specifically, she’s been extremely helpful from the very beginning. She made my upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom smooth and hassle free. She also helped me get a storage space with no problems and even set me up with an extra parking spot really quickly. She’s always willing to help out with anything residents need, and I’ve seen her go above and beyond for other tenants as well. It makes a big difference knowing there’s someone like her making sure everything runs well. The apartments themselves are well maintained and very comfortable. Maintenance requests get taken care of fast, and the property is always kept clean. The amenities are definitely a highlight the gym is well equipped, the pool and jacuzzi are always in great condition, and the fire pits and common areas are perfect for relaxing. There’s also a dog park and a game room, which really add to the community feel. Overall, the property is well managed, safe, and organized, making it a great place to live. — Anthony Lopez, Resident Note: If something doesn’t work out in your favor, don’t blame someone else or leave negative comments just to get what you want.   This apartment complex has decrease on everything since the new management. - be aware of mold in your unit if you don’t know how to check they will said if your fault !! -elevators always broken, I was a month without a couch since their elevators where not working when I move in to my new unit. -gym was closed for a long period of time with no one working on repairs or anything. -I enter into my new unit and it was all dusty with dog hairs all over the place , a lot of damage on the walls and on top of that 2 hands clearly marked on the walls. -They assign my storage unit to someone else, move all my stuff out and now they are telling me that is basically my fault. The most annoying thing here is that they can’t make themselves fully responsible and they keep saying things that make no sense about this issue
