  As I was preparing my mother's apartment to rent, Collen and Don provided great advice on what renters are looking for. Their years of experience was apparent and they are up on current trends. As I continue to converse with the Investment Safe team, their commitment to their clients, both landlords and renters is very prevalent. Always responsive to issues or repairs for quick resolution. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends, both owners and renters.

  Very great service. I have new apartment building in San Diego and Colleen and Don are very extremely helpful. Always answer phone calls and emails. Highly highly recommend them to friends and anyone I meet!! They helped me feel happy to own multiple homes again. I appreciate all of their professional work and stress relief.

  As a new property owner to a multi-residence compound I had a lot of fear of giving up control and letting a management company take over. Investment Safe and Colleen’s awesome team made me feel valued and like my opinion was important. I appreciate their transparency, attention to detail, and the quickness of their communication. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends who also own rentals. It’s obvious they value their customers. They are incredibly professional and kind.

  Amazing service!!! Colleen and Don answered all my questions and made me truly feel cared about as a customer. They were communicative, prompt, and did everything they could to help me out. I’m now renting a beautiful apartment because of them! I truly feel proud to call my place home. They made sure it was clean and all ready for me. I couldn’t say enough about their amazing customer service!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new place or help managing.

  I have rented many times before across different states and have never encountered this level of disorganisation, unreliability, or lack of accountability. This isn’t about a single mistake — it reflects a consistent pattern of poor communication and unprofessional management. Based on this experience, I would never trust this company to manage my property. I rented a house from them in the mountains on the California coast, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
