  They were an excellent company to work with while trying to find a home as a disabled individual. The staff, such as Madison S, were so friendly and helped me feel empowered to make the choices I did, which helped me live independently during a very challenging time - which is definitely going above and beyond. On top of friendly service, they've been quick and attentive with maintenance support, while showing respect for the rich charm and soul of the older unit in a historic space. It was well-kept and preserved, maintaining awesome features that you just don't see anymore.

  I really enjoyed my time at an Investment Safe PM home. They were responsive to the needs I had and were helpful throughout the move-in and move-out process.

  I am writing to share my experience with the 9223 location in Santee, where we worked with Madison. Our credit scores are 800 and 780, and we have no evictions or bankruptcies. Additionally, our income exceeds three times the cost of rent. Initially, Madison indicated that we had not uploaded the proper documentation. She advised us to provide six months' worth of bank statements and assured us that it was acceptable to blur transactions unrelated to our pay deposits and past rental payments. However, we were subsequently denied due to claims of submitting altered bank statements, not providing pay stubs, and failing to submit two years of my business's tax returns. Madison had previously stated that if we submitted the bank statements, we "should be good." Since our denial, we have attempted to reach out via email and phone, but our inquiries have gone unanswered. We possess the necessary documentation to meet their criteria and believe we are more than qualified as renters. I would air caution when applying for houses from this property management company and maybe verify with other agents to ensure you have the proper format of documents and documentation.

  Outstanding Customer Service and Management of my Condo. I have worked with about five or so different management companies over the years, and they are by far the best. E.g. almost immediate response, sound recommendations and at a very fair price….

  I originally hired Investment Safe Property Management for one of my rentals and they did such a great job that they now manage multiple properties for us. I highly recommend them as they are knowledgeable and offer great customer service.
