- SDSurplus Direct6 days ago1.0This company took over our apartments 4 months ago and our apartments went from nicely kept townhomes to looking like we live in the projects they do unpermitted work they take away any resources for the renter and they take away any ability to regulate our own complex namely parking. They let all of their workers live and work in the places that they're "remodeling", effectively preventing the people who pay rent here for being able to park this place is a nightmare since they took over.

It’s Saturday, the leasing offices are closed, and no one from management answers the phone. This is after weeks of an unresolved mouse infestation. Being left with a dead animal in my home is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. The lack of emergency response and accountability is alarming. This situation should never happen to a resident.

He did an excellent job addressing these requests with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude throughout the process. He carefully reversed the refrigerator doors, making sure everything was aligned perfectly. He also replaced a leaky gas valve and gas line safely. Though the stove and oven needed deep professional cleaning, he attempted to clean the stove and oven as best he could. He replaced damaged blinds and window screen and took care of multiple paint touch-ups around the unit. In addition, he installed missing door stoppers. All this ensured everything looked good and functioned like new. What really stood out was his positive and friendly attitude—while making sure everything was resolved.
