- RHRussell HeisterJun 19, 20253.0This place is old and really unique. Beautiful mosaic tiles throughout the main entry and first floor common area. There are way too many stairs to get up to the apartments. I probably won't visit here again because of the stairs

It is a tough neighborhood, if you can't handle less clean conditions and a few bugs this isn't the place for you, but if you want an affordable temporary place to stay with nice staff then you will do fine.
