DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is cheaper in the area but not worth it at all. Wifi is almost always out and when it is on it is horrible. Room conditions are alright and although it looks close to SDSU it’s a 30 minute walk. They have a bus to SDSU but it’s not good and often does not fit enough people waiting in line. Made three requests for maintenance and they never came after three weeks.

Horrible place to live I should’ve payed an extra amount to live somewhere else, my roommates are cool but that’s the only good thing about this place. When I first moved in I don’t think the cleaned the apartment after the old residents moved out because it was a complete mess. The floors were all sticky as if someone dropped something sugary and left it there to dry, the carpets were full of fur even tho they “don't allow pets”. Felt bad for my roommate since he’s allergic and all of the fur stuck in the carpet made him sneeze for like a week straight. THE WIFI IS SUPER UNRELIABLE!!! It’s been on and off for like 2-3 weeks now and makes it impossible to get any work done, I also do a side hustle that I had to stop because I did not have any wifi which made me lose around $400-$500. The drains were clogged too and they were disgusting because I had to unclog it myself. Also the gate randomly stopped working when I had work at 5 am and I was there waiting for like an hour along with other people behind me trying to leave. The gate keys are also apparently “sold out” so for a while I had to wait for someone to pass by to open the gate. No idea who had that dumb idea to make something that not everyone has and that’s sold out a necessity but ok. Go anywhere but here. Go live at a frat house at this point at least the wifi probably works there. I would give this place negative stars if I could but I need to put 1. Anyone who gives it 5 stars is lying and don’t believe them

I would give this zero stars if possible. I was honestly going to write a really long review, but I’ll spare you the time do not live here. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. Every single maintenance problem I have takes a very, very long time to be addressed on top of that. I have about five problems and three that I haven’t even added, because my first two hasn’t even been addressed. The worst part is that you have to pay included fees for Internet and they don’t give you any money back when the Internet doesn’t work for the first month of living here and anytime you try to ask for help they give you an AI iMessage to go call the provider yourself! (Thank you so considerate!) they will not compensate you in anyway, and if you were a student, good luck living here because it’s a nightmare you can’t finish any assignments at all and they do not care whatsoever. They will not give you any money back or help you. They just tell you can go sit in their clubhouse. So as you can see, I’m super frustrated. I’ve tried to complain to them multiple times and they’ve basically ghosted me super unprofessional and I hope we all got compensated soon because they market this complex to be for students however students can’t even do anything here. Not to mention when I toured this complex, they guaranteed me that I would get parking and they never gave me a spot and yeah!

At Fifty Twenty-Five, your dignity is worth as much as you can pay. 3 years I have lived here (for financial reasons, not by choice) and have had nothing short of the most insulting experience at every turn with this complex. Be it dead rats, live rats, cockroaches, and all pests that can be named that are native or introduced to Southern California, they are at 5025. Our light broke a week ago and I immediately put in a service request and nobody has reached out to me regarding fixing it. If I try to call to ask about it, an AI assistant doesn’t answer my questions and badgers me to fill out a service request like I haven’t already. I haven’t spoken to a human agent of this complex in months but have been assailed with advertisements for post-pay models and lease addendums. If you want a financial product and not a college apartment, I bid you apply to 5025 and all shall be yours! If you want an actual apartment, just sacrifice a little bit of QoL and get something off CL, commute 10+ miles in return for getting your own space, dignity, and respect for less than 1/2 a bedroom in a suite that should sleep 2 costs.
