  Carol is pure magic at what she does! I contacted her in 2021 looking to buy a condo (she came highly recommened by a friend) - I reached out on a Thursday, went to see some properties two days later on Saturday, we submitted an offer same day, we countered on Monday and my offer was accepted on Tuesday. Everything went smoothly on my end and she was very supportive and responsive throughout the process. In 2023 I worked with her again to sell the condo - she was very kind, understanding and professional when I had to back out earlier in the year due to family health issues, but jumped right back in when I was ready to go in late August. Again, the process was fast and smooth - we didn't even make it to open house as I got an offer for more than asking price (in a tough market!!) two days after posting and before the open house. We closed 3 weeks later. Again, Carol was very professional and supportive throughout the process. I cannot recommend Carol enough - she has a lot of experience, and it is clearly reflected in her werk. She is also very knowledgeable, professional, nice, and personable. I don't know how she does it with how busy she is, but she is also very responsive - all my messages were answered the same day, oftentimes within a few minutes. Carol is the best!!

  Not only Carol is an awesome realtor, but she’s an awesome person in general. She’s very honest and she’ll tell you her honest opinion about the property you’re visiting. She never pressured us but instead, she made this whole process of buyin a house so easy. Thank you Carol for being so amazing to us.
