  To any would be tenants I would advise them to not move into this place. The staff are disrespectful and do not even understand their policies completely. You will get different and conflicting responses from each of their employees. They are totally unresponsive on their phones. The security is terrible and reporting loud neighbors is completely useless. It feels like you are living in a third world country. Trash piled up outside the doorways which they MAKE you pay for. Parking in the new lot is ridiculous because the now have a “VIP” lot that has 1/8 of its spaces actually filled. This just caused an inconvenience for every single other tenant. Carpets in the building are horrid. And all of the repairs they make are half assed. Worst apartment I have ever lived in.

  Finding an apartment in San Diego was annoying and a lot of work providing paperwork and documents to each place I was applying for. Cassidy at Bay Point made the lease approval process easy and got me into an apartment within a week. I've now been here for over a year now and love it!

  Jordan was wonderful — very kind, welcoming, and helpful during my tour. Even without an appointment, he took the time to walk me through everything and made the experience easy and positive. He truly deserves 5 stars! Unfortunately, I’m giving 3 stars overall because each building’s hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell that distracted from the otherwise nice community. This was ultimately the reason I decided not to move here.
