  It’s a wonderful community with beautiful homes. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and truly puts in the effort to help you find the right place to call home. A special thanks to Brad, who patiently showed us multiple apartments—even getting exhausted in the process—but remained enthusiastic and attentive to our needs throughout. His dedication and care made the experience exceptional.

  Jose Garcia said he was new to the building and fixed up our AC with swiftness and kindness! what a great job! we love living in this community, our apartment is beautiful, safe, the people around us are friendly and welcoming, and i really appreciate how beautiful the maintenance and custodial team keep the grounds all the time! i’m impressed costa verde! keep up the good work, it’ll only get better! :)))❤️

  Charles on the maintenance team is great! He is prompt to complete work orders. He is knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Above all, he was kind. In a situation where all he had to do was complete the tasks on the work order; he was personable, and took the time to answer questions we had as tenants, and give additional explanations so that we are prepared if something comes up in our unit in the future.
