Big shout out to Cassidy! She is absolutely incredible and helped me so much with the move-out process and my lease termination. Moving can be very overwhelming, but she was patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend her enough—if you need help, she is the one to go to!

I walked into Bay to check out a couple of apartments to rent and was blown away by the customer service! Cassidy and her team are on point! Extremely professional and knowledgeable of every single apartment in their complex. I gave them 4 “must haves” and they showed me the apartments that suited all of my wants and needs. 12/10 would recommend this property and it’s team!

I’ve lived at Bay Apartments since 2020 and have seen this complex go through several ownership changes. I can confidently say the current management and front office are night and day better than what we’ve had in the past.
They are currently modernizing the units, and the new apartments are a massive step up—it’s clear they are reinvesting in the property to bring it to a much higher standard. They’ve also heightened security with locked doors that keep the hallways private and secure at night, which has made a big difference in the overall feel of the building.
The biggest thing going for this place, however, is the humanity of the team and the community itself:
True Compassion: When I lost my job during COVID, the office worked with me to find rent assistance programs. Recently, after a serious accident, they bent over backwards to extend my lease so I had a stable place to recover.
Great Neighbors: The people here are incredibly personable. While I was on crutches, I had neighbors constantly stepping in to help me carry groceries up to my floor. It’s the kind of place where people actually look out for one another.
The Essentials: The pool is a great perk, and you can’t beat the proximity to the bay.
Managing a 13-building complex is a huge task, but this team handles it with genuine care. If you’re looking for a place where the management treats you like a person and the neighbors feel like a community, I highly recommend Bay Apartments.

I would like to take a moment to formally recognize Tre for delivering an exceptional experience during my visit to Bay Apartments.
I encountered him while he was on his lunch break, and despite being off the clock, he took the initiative to assist me—answering my questions, walking me through the property, and ensuring I felt welcomed every step of the way. At no point did he make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience.
What stood out most was how he introduced the leasing team—not as colleagues, but as his friends. That genuine statement reflects a culture of respect, camaraderie, and pride that is clearly present within this community. His introduction was accurate, as each team member Cassidy, Laura & Sophia were warm, professional, and welcoming.
Tre went even further by escorting me to the exit to ensure I was comfortable navigating the property. His level of professionalism, initiative, and authentic care is truly exemplary.
Employees like Tre are a direct reflection of leadership and company values. He not only represents your organization well—he elevates it. I strongly encourage management to recognize and reward him for the outstanding service he provides.
Because of Tre, my visit left a lasting and highly positive impression. This is the kind of experience that sets a community apart.

I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants do not live here.
I lived at this complex for a year and was a responsible tenant. In January, management delivered a written lease renewal offer for a 12-month term at a specific rent amount. The document included an expiration date and instructions to sign and return the form if I wished to accept.
I signed the renewal immediately and returned it to the leasing office.
Weeks later—and only about 31 days before my current lease ends—management placed a new notice on my door stating that the previous renewal offer had been sent “in error” and that the rent would actually be higher. When I contacted the office, I was told the offer I had already signed was “incorrect” and would not be honored.
The renewal document I received did not indicate that management approval or countersignature was required for acceptance, and I returned the signed form before the expiration date listed on the offer.
Because my lease requires 30 days’ notice to vacate, this left me in a difficult position very close to the deadline to make housing decisions.
