  Kristen Simmons was amazing. She helped me for a couple hours with getting my lease resigned because we had a few issues arise, but she was super thorough and helped resolve them.

  We had an amazing tour with Kristen, we got all our questions answered with outstanding detail and the apartments are breathtaking, would highly recommend getting a tour here and highly recommend requesting her.

  I’m personally unhappy about being forced to pay for Valet Living, especially since many neighbors leave their trash cans out on their patio’s every day. Paying over $2600/mo to walk past trash cans in common spaces is not cool, especially when it’s a service that they will not let us opt out of. We’re forced to pay for this service and while only some of us use it, several neighbors refuse to take their trash cans in at night. I can’t wait to see what summer smells like.

  Seriously these people are slumlords. If you wanna pay over $3k for your water to turned off without notice ; this is just the place. Make sure you get every promise in writing because they will tell you anything to get you in and once you’re in they gaslight you and act like you’re stupid. The old bait and switch. Also, they always do a giveaway for the best review for people who just move in.. So there’s a little thing in the office that says the best rating they’ll be a raffle and someone will win some appliance. Obviously, it’s manipulating the five stars.

  Do NOT trust the 5-star reviews. They don’t show you the laundry room during tours because it’s in poor condition. There is always standing water on the floor of the washer room, and the washers and dryers don’t work properly. Apparently this problem has been going on for years now but they never fix them. When I was about to move here, I heard there had been a gun violence incident in the complex. When I asked about it, they didn’t provide any details and seemed like they were trying to hide it. They recently changed the laundry room and parking management companies without asking residents for oppinions. Now they are FORCING us to pay more for parking and laundry. The worst part is that they made these changes in the middle of existing contracts. When I first moved in, I noticed that the storage drawer under the oven was broken and would fall off. They told us someone would come fix it, but it’s been over a year and no one has come. Please do not ignore all the low star reviews here.
