  Dakx was amazing she made sure I got all my information the tour was was quick and brief but she did let u look everywhere the size the space even the bathroom and closet

  ⚠️ ATTENTION RENTERS – MISLEADING REFERRAL PROMISE ⚠️ I’ve been living with this community for a while and never had issues before, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unfair. In January, I personally went to the leasing office with my friend to confirm their referral promotion. The manager Therresa and staff member Destiny, and Jesus, clearly told us the promotion was active. They even instructed my friend to list my name as the referral and told her she must sign the lease before January 31 to qualify. Based on their assurance, she signed. Later, I followed up and was told that the referral bonus would be processed after she completed the required move-in period. Everything seemed clear and confirmed. Now that my friend has fulfilled all requirements, the management has completely changed their statement. They are saying it was a “miscommunication” and are refusing to provide the referral bonus, claiming the promotion was not active at that time. This feels very misleading and dishonest. The only reason my friend signed the lease was because of the confirmed referral benefit. It’s frustrating to see them deny it after gaining a tenant. Please be cautious before trusting any verbal promises here. Make sure everything is documented clearly in writing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend referring anyone—you may never receive the promised Referral. Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree. I have already contacted the office, and they told me it was a “miscommunication” and that they were not aware at that time. They simply apologized and did not offer any resolution. This was not confusion—both me and my friend were physically present when your team clearly explained the referral promotion and asked her to sign before Jan 31 to qualify. We trusted that information, and she signed because of it. Now that all requirements have been completed and you have gained a tenant, it is unfair to deny the referral bonus. Calling it a miscommunication does not justify what happened. I hope you understand why this feels misleading and disappointing from our side.

  I’ve been living at The Glen since Jan 16, 2026. The person who made my move in process easy was Destiny! She’s incredible. When she was off on any given day, I’d wait for her to come back into the office to get my questions answered! She was so helpful pre, during and post move in. Shes knowledgeable on all things “The Glen”. Shes kind, patient, and is a joy to see when she’s in the leasing office. Thanks Destiny!

  Honestly I felt the staff wasn't open. I saw the facial expression and I thought it was ingratitous and then they don't want to offer governmental help.

  I moved in about a month and a half ago and my experience so far has been very positive. The community is peaceful and well maintained and the surroundings are clean and comfortable. The leasing office staff are friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled on time, which I really appreciate. I’m happy with my decision to move here.
