  I am not a current resident of sixteen 60 However, I did go for a tour and put $100 holding fee down on the apartment I wanted . something told me to go on Google and look at the reviews and what I see In the reviews is that there are roaches in the apartments . And the 2 responses made by the owner or whomever responds back too google reviews was not even satisfactory. One stating that the person requested limited pest control, Girlbut as an apartment complex if you knew There was roaches you should’ve done multiple sprays and made sure that they were gone for every apartment on the property as roaches jump from one place to another . It also says they didn’t even receive there full deposit back which definitely should have been compensation regardless . I am overly annoyed That this was not mentioned during the tour. And of course, there was no roaches in the unit as I toured, but you never know what’s not seen to the naked eye

  I liked the ladies from the office they were really great to get along with especially Lauren, compliments to her. However, the roach problem alone made me make this rating so low. It was disgusting, we cleaned weekly and even tried daily but the roaches were still coming out at night it was just disgusting to live with. I am severely traumatised with the amount of roaches that would come out of tiny holes that the cabinet had, and even pest control came in sprayed medicine and that still did NOTHING. Additionally, we were told that we needed to renovate our balcony because it was leaking and we were told that it would take at most a week for it to be good. They put a tarp on and only came back almost 2 months later to finish the job, after we kept calling the office. That balcony was our source of light in the day because the only light we had was the kitchen in our unit, which we only found out when we were moving in, neither of our rooms had lights so we had to get our own lamps, which we were only told after signing the lease and seeing the unit upon move-in. If you don’t like living with roaches, you may want to skip this place.

  Love Lauren, but the place was so tough to live at. So so so so so many roaches. Roach extermination did absolutely zilch. No difference after the roach extermination. We were clean and tidy. Seriously they were everywhere and it was so gross. Summer season was really bad but it was bad year round. They’re even bigger outside the apartment by the pool they’re like the size of a rubber eraser with legs. Maintenance guys were also very creepy. There was an issue with our balcony and it had to be repaired, my roommate and I were told it would be done by the end of the week. We had a tarp over the balcony making our entire living room and kitchen blue, and were unable to use our balcony. It wasn’t fixed for almost 2 months. It was hot outside and made it hotter inside. We had to ask them for weeks to get the tarp off it wasn’t raining and no need for it. Didn’t get our full deposit back, we were over charged and I went back and forth between accounting and the front desk for weeks before I gave up.

  Love living here! The manager Lauren has been a great help. Anytime we need assistance she has been available. The maintenance guys are the best! whenever I need things fixed inside of my apartment they come right away to take care of it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to call home.

  Sixteen 60 is a excellent place to live. The staff is very friendly and will work with you if you are having a tuff time. These apartments are close to all the major freeways in the IE making it convenient to travel. The gym is always clean and ready for use by the residents. I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years.
